Children and extra beds
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.
PetsPets are not allowed.
Accepted credit cardsAmerican Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard. The accommodation reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Please note that there is a 1.45% surcharge when you pay with Visa credit card, a 1.49% when you pay with a Mastercard credit card and a 2.8% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.
Check-in and key collection take place at 14 Vincent Street, Daylesford 3460.
Keys must be collected during office hours, which are:
Monday-Thursday 15:00 to 18:00
Friday 15:00 to 20:00
Saturday, Sundays and public holidays 15:00 to 17:00
If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Keys must be returned to the office by 12:00 on the day of check-out. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 14 Vincent Street, 3460 Daylesford. Please inform Aysgarth in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
