A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-ins before 15:00 carry an additional charge of GBP 30. The earliest possible check-in is 12:00, subject to availability. The latest check-in for this property is 23:00. Arrivals after 23:00 will not be granted access to the property and no refunds will be given. Standard check-out time is up to 11:00. A late check-out may be arranged for at an additional cost of GBP 20 an hour. If you are late checking out without prior agreement, you will be charged GBP 40 an hour. Please note that this property does not have a reception. The lead guest must be 23 years of age or older. Check-in for last-minute bookings is only possible 1 hour after payment has been processed. Guest are requested to pay via the payment link and authorise the deposit via the deposit link. The property will contact guests after booking confirmation has been received with additional details related to their stay, including payment. The property will contact guests with a contract prior to arrival. Guests are required to complete the contract and send it back to the property at least 24 hours after booking.
