Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.

Photographic ID is required to be presented at check-in.
A security deposit of GBP 500 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
In the event of a \'Call Out\' for a staff member to attend in a non-emergency, a GBP 35 call out fee will apply and will be payable before they are able to assist. In the event of a lost key an additional deposit for a spare key will be payable at a cost of GBP 25 and if fully refundable on the return of all keys.
Parking is available on a first come first served basis and is chargeable. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Central Hotel Cheltenham, 7-9 Portland Street, GL52 2NZ Cheltenham.
