Few B and B in Brussels. Good location for thrifty travelers. We were going on to a Bike and Barge tour so convenient. Were able to use entire kitchen of this couples apt for cooking the tree nights we were there. Sweet, friendly couple who work a lot.
No soap. I sheet only. Shower in room but water closet outside room. Very difficult to find. Hot water sporadic. No fruit for breakfast, more like a hostel.

This apartment is right in the city center. We were able to walk everywhere. Grand Place is about a 5 minute walk. The nearest metro is less than 2 minutes walking. Hosts were gracious.
This really isn't a negative or "needed improvement", but this really isn't a traditional B&B. it is a room in an apartment--shared living areas, shared toilet, etc. Breakfast was provided, but you had to get it yourself (and make your own coffee). As long as people know that, it's perfectly fine.

Nice accommodation in the central shopping area of Brussels, at walking distance from the Grand Place central square and Brussels Central railway station. Very friendly and helpful young people!
Would appreciate provision of towels.
