There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.

Please note that from 21 October 2017 until 10 December 2017 the swimming pool and spa facilities will not operate.

Please note that free cleaning is done once a week, while light cleaning is done daily. Towels are changed every 3 days and sheets are changed every 7 days. Please note that dish washing is not offered as a service.
Please note that taking the towels to the swimming pool is not allowed.
Please note that damaged or missing things from the apartments will be paid extra. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Hotel Flora,office Balkan PMS, 2010 Borovets. Please inform PM Services Borovets Garden Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time.
