Children and extra beds
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Due to Big Bear City ordinances, if the reservation is cancelled the additional tourism fee, service fee, and its corresponding taxes are non-refundable.
All reservations will require either a nonrefundable USD 39 + tax per stay damage protection fee OR a large per stay security deposit, USD 50 of which will be a nonrefundable administrative fee. The security deposit must be paid by cashier's check. The property management will provide necessary documentation after completing reservation.
Guests need to provide a valid billing address so the card can be charged to hold the room.
There are 2 additional bedrooms locked off. They will open for larger parties of guests.
Check-in is after 1600 hours non-Holiday and 1700 hours Holiday dates. Earlier check-in based on availability and charges may apply.

Renter must be at least 21 years of age.
Renter must be present during entire stay.
Please inform property manager of all guests including children. Each accommodation is licensed to sleep a maximum amount of people and cars per city/county ordinances and is non-negotiable.
A rental agreement will be sent after reserving and must be signed and returned within 24 hours. Primary guest may not assign any interest in the rental agreement or sublet any portion of the property without written permission of property manager.
After the rental agreement has been signed, additional emails will follow providing valuable information meant to assist in preparing you for your stay.
Within the rental agreement guests will have the opportunity to purchase additional items such as travel insurance, firewood, and other miscellaneous services.
City ordinance forbids large events or parties, including fraternity and sorority, weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, etc.
