It is not possible to check in after these specific hours. Guests are requested to please inform the accommodation 24 hours in advance of the arrival time, if this is outside regular check in hours.
Guests are kindly requested to note that the hotel restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday. it is also shut on Sunday evenings.
When guests want to have dinner at the hotel\'s restaurant, they need to reserve a table in advance. This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking or by contacting the hotel/property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Please note that it is not permitted to eat meals in the rooms.
For group bookings of 3 rooms and more, the total amount of the stay is required as a prepayment. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Villa Des Roses in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
