Children and extra bedsChildren older than 12 years are welcome.
All children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night when using existing beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the innkeeper.
PetsPets are not allowed.

It is possible to leave your luggage in the building as from 12:00. Please inform the owner prior to your arrival date in case you would like to make use of this service. Guests are requested to also mention their time of arrival in this case.
Cash and credit card payments are possible at this property.
Please note that the entire aplace buidling is a non-smoking area. Since we want to guarantee every guest ‘a smoke free area’, we will charge a penalty of €250 if we find traces of smoking (ashes, smell, cigarette butts…).
If you do want to smoke, you should book the first floor flat. This flat has a backside patio (outside) where it is possible to smoke a cigarette. Please inform Aplace Antwerp City Flats & Suites in advance of your expected arrival time.
