It was the ideal location for us.We went into city center by walking, biking or tram. After a full day in the touristy city,we came home to a safe and quiet neighborhood. If you enjoy walking,we walked from the b&b thru Vondel Park and into the city. Our host were fabulous.Didnt want to leave.

It's really nice to stay at this b&b, Nike & Luuk is a nice host. The room is really tidy and our breakfast is always full of food!!
Also the location is perfect, it's convenient to take the bus from Amsterdam Zuid station and that's only 1 station from the Airport. The area is so quiet at day & night and we feel so relax during the trip.
Will definitely stay here again if I visit Amsterdam again!!

We had a perfect stay at the B&B. The booking was easy and quick; we get an additionnal bed in the room for our 7 yrs daughter for a minimal extra-fee.
Although not central (rather an advantage: you avoid the tourist crowds), there is a direct and frequent tram connection to the city centre and plenty of restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood.
A bottle of wine and fruit basket in the room make you feel welcome. The kitchen is daily furnished with everything you need for a solid
There is only one bathroom and toilet for the different rooms. It was no problem for us - as we were the only guests during our stay but it may become uncomfortable when the B&B is fully occupied.

VOLVEREMOS SEGURO!!

Nike and Luuk are warm and welcoming. I loved that the breakfast was left for me to get myself, so I could sleep in. Bed was so comfortable. I highly recommend this B and B. I stayed 7 nights and it was a great experience. You are out of the tourist area, but can reach it within minutes on the tram. Great location, great hosts, comfortable place - can't ask for more.

It was a very nice stay with Nike and Luuk in Amsterdam. We booked the small room with terrace and it's ok for us. If you want more space the bigger room would be better. Shared bathroom is not an issue and in the kitchen area you can catch up with your roomies! Luuk puts lots of food in the fridge everyday which makes the feeling of home. Really love it! Take tram2 you can reach almost every place you want to, 10mins to the museums, plaza etc.
If there's a living room with TV it would be prefect!
