Het Guesthouse is gesitueerd in het historisch en als waardevol geklasseerd pand Sint-Jan (anno 1613). Het pand is gelegen op een unieke plaats in Leuven, met name vlak tegenover de hoofdingang van het 13de eeuws Groot Begijnhof, sedert 1998 behorend tot het UNESCO-Werelderfgoed.
Het pand werd recent grondig gerenoveerd en beschikt over 5 luxueuze kamers, elk voorzien van flatscreen-TV en badkamer. Er is gratis internet ter beschikking in het ganse pand.
