Bed and Breakfast Lutje Lollum in Franeker is a farm (house) 5 rooms.
In the stables from our monumental Frisian head-neck-body farm from 1860 we have realized 3 - double rooms all with a separate bathroom, a childrens suite and as well a cosy livingroom/ breakfast area. In the "Lyts Bûthus" ( the young cowstable) a kitchen and a familyroom..
Our intention is that the carachter of the old farmhouse has to be kept so that any guests will get the feeling that they are staying at a farm. As we say in Dutch the "Ot and Sien" feeling from long ago.
Our horses, sheep, chickens etc, will help to give you that feeling.
Two small stables are still in the old style and here you will find some nice sitting areas, a reading corner and a childrens corner . The old milk line, drinkers and feet chute are still present.
In the country and still close to the city you will be able to relax and enjoy your holidays with us, which will start every morning with a delicious breakfast with all fresh and frisian products.
