Il Bed and Breakfast Malvasia è una piccola attività ricettiva nel centro storico di Brindisi, tra la stazione ed il porto. E' situato in un vicoletto tranquillo e pedonale, ma basta svoltare l'angolo per trovarsi in piazza Vittoria, la piazza più importante della città, da sempre luogo di incontri intorno alla antichissima fontana ed al fresco delle magnolie. A pochi metri c'è la piazza del mercato, la mattina è piena di bancherelle di frutta ed ortaggi, mentre la sera si riempie dei tavolini di ristoranti tipici, ottimi e caratteristici; Il B&B è stato realizzato in una casa tipica pugliese, con alte volte a stella e pavimenti in cemento decorato, è stato da poco ristrutturato ed è munito di tutti i confort, dalla connessione in internet, all'aria condizionata, ventilatore, zanzariere, riscaldamento, ai frigobar, tv, ecc. Al piano terra c'è la reception e la sala comune per le colazioni e lo svago, è piena di libri, giochi, tv, cd, dischi in vinile e relativo impiant
